At HairLuma, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. You can always reach out to us at support@hairluma.com for any return-related questions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including (Accept returns for defective products only):

  • Solvents, tapes, adhesives
  • Hair systems
  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
  • Custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 12 business days.
  • Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
